Twitter Hashtags

without comments

One of the most common responses we get from our clients when we suggest the use of twitter is one scepticism. Firstly the customer response how can Twitter help us we are a “plumber in London” for example. Ok they do have a point but the first mistake is to think of twitter as something where people have to randomly generate one liners with information on there daily happening such as “just making a cup of tea” and “its raining again” Ok it might work for many twitter celebrities who have helped endorse the new genre online. But this is what the vast majority of the public understand twitter as being.

Using Twitter to generate traffic with hashtags

So its understandable why people discount this or perhaps open an account on twitter with the best intentions and then find it fritters away and isn’t touched for the next 2 years. Put simply people and business’s don’t have the time to add content to there twitter accounts on a daily basis.

The secret is an integration between other sources which you already add content on a regular basis Online media direct can set up your twitter account to automatically update with your blog posts this clever internet marketing technique is vital then to help it reach the right audience on twitter by adding relevant hash tags in order to list your tweets in the search results on twitter.

Full social networking integration was achieved by importing the RSS feed from the thornley groves website to the Facebook and Twitter pages. Twitter was also updated with the all important hash tags which help catergories the tweets automatically to the estate agents keyword.

Michael Groves the managing director of Thornley groves makes his presenting debut online in a very professional video which really showcases the high standards and professional approach Thornley Groves are famous for in the Manchester area.

Floraselect Rebranding

Floraselect Move On Ten years

Floraselect Move On Ten years

Floraselect are are online based garden centre and provide the delivery of a wide range of plants across the UK. Following work on SEO and Google Adwords we knew from experience how important the websites look and image were in helping to convert the paid and non paid visitors to the website.

The new logo and banner design also incorporate two important calls to action which were sadly missing before and wouls have reduced the sites conversions in a large way.

Regarding the banner, we tried to create a smooth looking and well integrated solution which looks inviting, warm and professional at the same time. The logo is a stylized flower and a cursor which selects it so basically it’s the visual representation of the words flora and select.
One thing I got to mention was the explanation why the previous use four images for the header — the overall size of all four images you sent to me before already is twice as big as the banner I created with Photoshop and exported at the highest, 100% quality level, not to mention the http requests required to load 4 instead of one image with a browser. This said, a one piece banner is far more efficient and visually attractive.
We hope the floraselect customers enjoy the new logo as much as owner Andy who was left very impressed by the overall finish.
